I made tomatoes and added some veggies to them without lemon juice or any other acid. I then canned them by using a hot water bath for about 15 minutes. Are these going to be ok or what can I do to make sure they will last til the winter?

I am just marveling at all you accomplish and as always am inspired! Thank you for sharing those recipes! I'm not kidding when I say I have a binder with print outs of almost all your recipes, you really should write a cookbook!
We made 'hogs in a sleeping bag' again last night and I served them with a Velveeta/chili dip in little saucers. Maybe not healthy, but definitely crowd pleasing!!!
