Sherry L. Doke

Hello Sherelle,
My name is Sherry and live in Carson City, NV. I'm new to canning and have an abundance of green beans and would love to get your take on the best way to put them up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope this finds you and yours well.

This is what I do...and then I scoop pesto into mini muffin tins and place in freezer. Once it sets, I put all the discs in a large ziplock and then they are portioned so I can grab a bit at a time :)

Thanks for sharing all the fun, colorful and yummy photos! I'm sure you are BEAT! Good job. Would love to hear more about the pesto...I grew basil and did NOTHING with it, except water and look at it and smell it....I'm completely aware that I'm a loser! ;)

Love it! Just found your site and it's amazing! I used your pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, salsa and stewed tomato recipes and they are to die for!!!!!!!!!! It's such a wonderful blessing to have people like you out there, encouraging others! Thanks for your willingness to share!!!

wow !!!!
can you show your storage?

Any idea of how many jars of each thing you did?

I LOVE how your whole family pitches in! I guess - if they're going to eat it, they should help preserve it!!
