Can I ask where you got your press? Or did you build it yourselves?

How do you have room to freeze that much cider? I have a friend who owns an apple orchard and she gives us frozen cider for Christmas. It is sooooo delicious as it is thawing and sort of slushy. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Great pictures!

Josie

WOW!! Glad you will have apple cider to enjoy all winter long. Beautiful pictures!

Kathryn

38 gallons - I'd be thrilled! Love the photos too, sounds like such a fun, hard working day!

Dana

I want to say thank you for posting all of these pictures. ( on this entry and the previous one). I miss my days on the farm. Very hard work and long days, but the family working together..... I miss it so much. Through your pictures, I am reminded of those special times. I know this has been a difficult year for you, so I hope the harvest brings renewed strength to you and all those you love.
