The Jolly Dog House

I used to follow you all the time on Two Peas and just discovered your blog. It's good to see the kids growing up-everyone looks great.

So very sorry for your loss. The flowers are gorgeous.

Just out bloghopping and found my way here. I am a farmwife too {and farmer's daughter) Hoping you can stop by and say hi.

Stunningly beautiful arrangements. Many thoughts and prayers.

This is the second post you have written about arranging flowers for a funeral. I think it is the most personal gift you can give. I was moved to tears both times. What a wonderful time to be together sharing stories and thoughts about your loved one who has passed on.

Lisa sounds like an incredible women. I am so thankful to know that we will see our loved ones again one day. That we can be with our families forever! It sure sounds like Lisa will be on the welcoming committee! My prayers are with her family during these challenging times and with her good friends like you.

Beautiful flower arrangements ! I am so impressed how your entire family pitched in to make Lisa's memorial so personal.

So sorry for your loss. God be with your family. The flowers are beautiful. Lovely. I too just loss my great grandmother, difference is we knew it was coming. However, the pain that I read in the story you told on your other post, expresses some of my same feelings, like picturing life without her... also, my "golden grams" lived on a farm in north dakota andshe too had a love for quliting, flowers, and things alike. It touched home for me. <3

I pray for her children, her husband, her parents, her siblings, and all of you. You are all in my thoughts.

All of the arrangements are gorgeous - much more beautiful than any florist-bought arrangements. I'm terribly sorry for your families loss...my prayers are with you.

The flowers are beautiful! Sorry for your loss.

The arrangements came out just great...love the idea that you had about the thistle. My thoughts are still with you and your family.

I am sorry for you. My deepest thoughts are with you.
