this is our favorite fiddle tune/song...it's also one of the first ones we learned, but still a favorite. My great grandpa played the fiddle, and he used to play this and sing to my grandpa when he was little. The first verse was taught to us by my grandpa...he remembered his daddy singing it to him...so it makes the song extra special. We always play this song whenever we perform...Kate loves this song. If you listen closely, you can hear her singing along with us while shes sitting next to the camera...

This is the cutest song! The first time Lindsey was telling us about how you all were learning it they wanted to show us how it sounded and Paul did the "Ba-ba ba-ba's and hey-hey hey-hey's" and it was hillarious!! You guys sound much cuter!:)

You gals are too cute! Sherelle, I just love your blog and you are so talented and your family is beautiful! I grew up over there near Arco, Idaho (in Howe) and now I live in Boise - so a lot of your pictures sure make me homesick and remind me of growing up in the country! Please feel free to stop by and visit herhousehold.blogspot and Enjoy! Enjoy the rest of your summer and take care, The Lady of the House

So beautiful...I had a tear in my eye as it took me back to my childhood where my Mum and dad would sing to us playing Irish Folk music when they were in a band. My Father has passed away now but left me so many wonderful memories of us all singing and playing instruments together....beautiful! :) Bonnie xx

Hi Sherelle, looks like you all had great fun, we need more celebration days in the UK or maybe we should just get the family together for no reason in particular more often. I love your blog, keep up the good work!!!!
