I get a lot of emails and comments asking about how I get my photos to appear so vivid. I have a very nice camera, and that certainly helps, but you can get awesome photos no matter what camera you have. To prove my point, I am sharing some samples of old photos of Grace, back when I had a really simple point and shoot digital camera. My favorite thing to do with my photos, is to add actions in Photoshop. I am actually a really simple person, and I know that there are all sorts of fancy things you can do to photos...but I like things to be quick and easy. I also use Photoshop Elements, so not all actions work in the program. I thought I would share a couple of my favorite actions (that work in Elements and are inexpensive). Today, I will share my first favorite action. This effect is for color photos. If you haven't noticed, the hot thing is to have color that POPS!!! I love that this action makes it so easy to add a little BANG to your photo in no time at all...
The first is the Vivid Color action from Photoblast...
thanks for sharing babe!!
I purchases a few of them! thanks for that! can't wait to play with them..
hugs!

If you're super-duper poor, like me, I use the saturation action in Picasa, which is a free Google-run program. Works great for me! :)
