It has been beautiful, but I am sad that fall started to fade a little too quickly. I love fall. It is easily my favorite season, but it seems that it started out beautiful, and then it turned out to be more "winterish". You never know how long Autumn will last in the Northwest...you could have months of beautiful leaves and weather, you could have a short fall followed by winter, or some years, we seem to skip fall alltogether and go straight into winter. This year, it started of nice...but it seems to have turned somewhere along the way. We haven't had a lot of nice days lately to spend outside, so I'm thankful for all the time we spend outdoors earlier.
and then one morning, we just woke up to a blanket of snow...of course, it is beautiful in it's own way, I'm just not quite ready for it yet.
