My sweet...one and only son...Russell, had a special birthday on April 30th. He turned eight years old. We celebrated as a family with our usual birthday tradition...I made his favorite dinner and dessert. This year, he chose homemade chili and cornbread with brownies for dessert. He also got to open his presents...
On Sunday evening, he was baptized. It was such a special day...I am so proud of my son, and I love him more than words could ever express. Here are some family shots from the special day...

If you have emailed me or asked a question...please forgive my delay. I plan on getting back to each of you. I am behind on emails, and trying to find a time to sit down and catch up ;)

Where did you buy your adorable blue cardigan?

What an awesome age. I remember when I turned 8 and the excitement of being Baptized. Congratulations to Russell.
