It's like a winter wonderland outside today. I took down my Christmas tree and decor yesterday, and the main part of the house is fresh and clean...but the rest of the house needs a little work. After the holidays and having all the kids home for a few weeks...I have a lot to catch up on, so what do I do? I decide to take photos and post on my blog (again), because it is just so pretty :)
The snow was falling softly...big, fluffy snowflakes...and Grace was heading out to do her chores for the day, and rather than doing my own chores (I am such a great example), I followed her outside. She was gathering eggs for the day and giving the chickens a little snack...grain.
Grace and I have been spending the evenings making window stars. While I was in the laundry room, I saw Lily and Kate peeking in the window waiting for Grace and Russ to get their snow clothes on to play...I thought it was the perfect opportunity to snap a pic of the window stars...
while I type...the kids are outside playing in the fluffy snow...
Ok...enough slacking. I really need to get something done today!
